Type “Squat 100kg × 5, 5, 5” and HyperResponder knows:

  • The exercise is squat

  • The load is 100kg

  • You did 3 sets of 5 reps

Write “20 mins incline treadmill” and it logs that as cardio with duration and type. Add “Pull-ups × 10, 8, 6” and it recognizes it as bodyweight work. Even casual notes like “easy warmup, shoulders felt tight” are captured without breaking your flow.

You write it once, the app structures it for you.
